NORTHUMBERLAND MILITIA – 1778

A bill for Captain Carr of the Northumberland Militia for a recruiting party. It lists a number of expenses, for example, “two weeks pay for Serjeant Deans and Dr Marton”. It is dated 28th March 1778 and signed by George Deans, serjeant. On paper, c 19 x 16 cms, in good condition.
